Sequence view: one change from a pull request to a live HappyRobot version

Who does what, in order Two panels of a sequence diagram with four lifelines each: the engineer Priya, the company's CI (GitHub Actions in this example), the HappyRobot Public API and the workflow versions. Panel A, steps 1 to 5: Priya opens a pull request; CI duplicates live version 12 into a temporary copy, applies the change with QA values, runs every test, gets 14 passes and 1 failure, deletes the copy and turns the PR red; a gate band marks that any failure stops here with production untouched; after a fix the tests pass, the PR is green, and a human reviews, approves and merges. Panel B, steps 6 to 8: the release job forks version 12 into draft 13, applies the merged change with production values, tests again, publishes 13 to staging and runs test calls, publishes 13 to production replacing 12 only if 12 is still live, reads back that 13 is live, writes the deployment log, and can republish 12 if early calls look wrong.
